We are always on the lookout for amazing manufacturers on the continent and are actively looking to source more products from various regions on the continent. Our community is still small and we want you to help us grow big until we become the biggest shopping mall for authentic African goods.

What We Look For

  1. Brands Based in Africa (You have to be on the continent)

We only source from businesses working on the continent. It's ok if you have inventory outside Africa but production must be in Africa. We require this to ensure each purchase on Dziffa.com creates value at every stage of the supply chain. What this means is, as demand for your goods on Dziffa.com increases, you will source locally, employ locally, and contribute to the growth of the economy.

  1. Quality Products

We look for manufacturers who have been making goods for more than three years. We say this because we do not compromise on quality. If you are a newbie manufacturer, we would love to sell your products, but not right now. Take your time to develop your product a little more (you can always rub heads with me via email if you need any help).  Once you've been on the market for a while and have a solid product you can move on to step two. Before I forget, we request samples of your products and examine them to ensure they are a good fit for our customers.

  1. Compelling Product Descriptions

You make your product, you know it more than we could ever know it so please take your time and tell us as much as you can about your beautiful products. Customers love to learn as much as they can about your brand, especially since they are oceans away from you so please, please, please, send us a thorough description of your product. Our team is more than happy to proofread your writing so don't worry about grammar. Just send us all the juice we need to know about the products you've created.

  1. High-Quality Images 

Visuals matter and we put a lot of time ensuring we present your goods in the best light possible. It's really really important to invest in a camera that does your products justice. If you do not have access to a camera or cannot afford a professional photographer, we can,so you get  an in-house photo shoot for a small fee.

  1. A Solid Inventory And a Willingness to Innovate

We do not hold inventory! Not yet at least. So, it's very important for you to have a solid inventory so that when an order is placed, you have the product readily available for the customer. Innovation is beautiful. Customers are always looking for a better version of your product so surprising them by always innovating strengthens their loyalty to your brand and helps you grow in your space.

  1. Visual Content For  Social Media

I cannot stress this enough. We do not have a brick and mortar so everything we do is online. The more content we have from you, the more equipped we are to show off your goodies to our audience and the more chances people have to see your products.
